Content and services available on this website are offered to you subject to the following terms and conditions:
You acknowledge and accept that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
Please continue to review the T’s & C’s whenever you use Natural Zest’s site as these may be modified periodically.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not affect your statutory rights, except so far as have been legally excluded.
ORDERS
Natural Zest products are subject to availability; if unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible.
Upon receipt of your order we will confirm our acknowledgment of your order at our earliest convenience. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you to inform you as such.
A contract will exist between you and Natural Zest, and you will be liable for payment, when we notify you by email, telephone, or other electronic means that your order has been confirmed and is being dispatched. Prior to this notification, we may decline to fulfill your order.
Natural Zest will not be liable to you should we be unable to supply an item or there is a delay in supplying the item which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to errors in pricing, stock levels or payment authorization. Upon delivery all risk in the goods passes to you.
You will have accepted the order unless, having received the goods, you notify us that the order is incorrect or if you cancel the order in the prescribed fashion below. Otherwise Natural Zest has no obligation to accept a purported rejection by you.
Legal ownership of all goods remains Natural Zest’s until we have received full payment. Should Natural Zest refund payment to you, we immediately regain legal ownership of the goods.

PAYMENT
Options: Credit Card, Bank Transfer.
Payment must be received in full in NZ Dollars prior to dispatch of the goods.
In the event of any dispute, Natural Zest’s liability to you for your order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant order or products.
SHIPPING
Shipping is within New Zealand only. This is not a tracked service.
Delivery times can vary dependent on mail volumes being experienced by NZ Post but are typically:
3-5 working days within New Zealand
Please ensure you supply the correct delivery address as we take no responsibility for lost parcels where the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect.
Charges are flat rates of $7.50 within NZ. New Zealand orders over $100 are not charged any shipping cost. Shipping charges are subject to change at our discretion and will be posted on this site. Large orders may incur a surcharge in addition to the standard rates. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Special conditions may apply to any such promotions.
RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your Natural Zest purchase you can return any item within 14 days of order as long as it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Please ensure you provide us an email address, so we can get in touch with you.

DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to your billing address or such other address specified by you at the time of ordering.

All content available on our website, including but not limited to text, content, graphics, logos, photographs, names, illustrations, artwork, trademarks and other material is the property of Natural Zest Skincare Ltd. and is protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other proprietary rights.
We grant you permission to use this website for personal purposes only.
You agree not to use any content of Natural Zest’s website for commercial purposes, including but not limited to copying, duplicating, reproducing, storing, selling, reselling, modifying, accessing or otherwise exploiting the content in whole or in part other than as set out above without Natural Zest’s prior written consent.

Natural Zest strives to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and prices on the website.
However, subject to applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices are displayed inclusive of GST and exclusive of delivery charges.

Natural Zest may, as a convenience to its website users, include links to other web sites or material which are beyond its control.
The links, referenced content, the product or service, or supplier are not endorsed by Natural Zest.
Should you choose to link to or from any off-website pages or other websites, you acknowledge that this is carried out entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability to you, howsoever caused in that respect.

We welcome any enquiries, feedback, suggestions or other ideas regarding the website or products or services provided by us.
Your ideas will be submitted on your understanding that they are non-confidential and non-proprietary to the person or organisation providing them, that they may not be returned to you and that we may not communicate with you in respect of them.
You also agree and acknowledge that we may use or modify the ideas and any ideas, concepts or know-how contained therein without restriction, for any purpose (commercial or otherwise), without acknowledgement or payment to you.

Natural Zest’s website is provided to you without warranties or guarantees, express or implied, of any kind whatsoever and your use of our website and its contents is entirely at your own risk.
In particular, the user must bear the inherent risks associated with the use of the internet. We accept no responsibility or liability for functions contained on Natural Zest’s website and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for any technical problems (including but not limited to viruses etc..) you may experience with using the website;

- International Access
Natural Zest does not warrant or otherwise promise that the website, use thereof or the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, are in compliance with laws or available for use in locations outside New Zealand.
If you choose to access this site from locations outside New Zealand, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
To the extent that any provision of the Terms and Conditions is unenforceable in such locations, that provision should be struck out and the remaining provisions remain in force.

- Non-waiver
No delay, forbearance or failure by us to take action in respect of any breach of any obligation arising under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other breach and no failure to exercise or partial exercise by Natural Zest Skincare Ltd. of any remedy shall constitute a waiver of the right subsequently to exercise that or any other remedy.
- Governing law
This website, any content contained here in and any contracts entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by New Zealand law and the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
